How to Order Tickets Online
- Choose a time from the movie selection to the left
- Clicking on a time will bring up an order form. Please fill out all fields.
- A valid email address is required to recieve your confirmation.
- Enter your card number with no spaces or dashes (i.e. 1234123412341234)
- Enter complete Billing Address except for zip code (i.e. 1340 Main St. Saint Helena, CA)
- Billing Zip and Name on Card must match the information tied to the card you are using.
- When you click "Purchase Tickets", you will be taken to a confirmation page. Confirm your order and click on "Purchase Tickets" to submit your final order.
- An email confirmation (from RtsTicketingSoftware@rts-solutions.com) will be sent to the entered email address. We do NOT store any entered information.
- The tickets will be held at the box office for pickup. You MUST bring either the credit card you paid with or the reciept number located in the email confirmation sent to you to the box office for pick up. Refunds cannot be made without either of these items.
- A non-refundable $1.00 convenience fee is charged per ticket.
