About the Artist:
Director Pedro Peira holds a Ph.D. in Film Studies from the Complutense University of Madrid. He's also a Fulbright grantee as well as a Logan Non-Fiction Program Fellow (Carey Institute of Global Good). He was previously director of sales for BocaBoca Producciones and an advisory member of the Committee of Promotion of the Spanish Film Institute. He has also lectured at TAI University of the Arts and Universidad Camilo José Cela, as well as writing articles for industry magazine Cineinforme. He currently works as an archive producer for several docu-series to be broadcast on Disney+ and Netflix.
