Steve Sando, owner of Rancho Gordo and co-author of the James Beard-nominated cookbook "The Bean Book," will be joining us for a Q&A. Steve was involved with the film and created a special cannelli bean called "Marcella" in honor of Marcella Hazan. The "Marcella" bean will be featured in the bites created by Chef David Katz of Panevino.
Each attendee will get to sample David's take on a traditional cannelli and tuna salad plus take home the recipe and a complimentary 1/2 lb bag of Marcella Cannelli Beans courtesy of Rancho Gordo! Truly a deal for the ticket price of $35.
